Step 1

Login to our Caloocan LGU portal here
If you do not have an account yet feel free to sign up here

Step 2

Go to the Transactions and select Citizen Requests and click the Create Request button

Step 3

Fill in the forms and select the requested document of your barangay

Step 4

Go to your Barangay and submit your payment.

Step 5

Wait for your requested document to be approved by the LGU. You can monitor the status of your request on Citizen Requests
